Conversion of .out to .bin

Hi,

We are using C5515 processor. We generated .out file using CCS and loaded on target board . It is working fine. Now we wanted to make standard alone code. For that we converted .out to .bin file and burned in external SPI flash. Now system is hanging and behaviour is not exactly similiar as with  .out file. What went wrong ?
