Internal Error - Error2030

I am getting an error message when trying to run the IPC example. The error says that if its not resolved it should be reported:

ARM9_0: Can't Run Target CPU: (Error -2030 @ 0x52545441) Internal error: Access to unknown or invalid register was requested. Restart the application. If error persists, please report the error. (Emulation package 5.0.747.0)
