Hi ,

       I encountered with a problem  when I displayed video in my system,which is based on chip AM3703 with Windows CE6.0 .The problem see as follows:

      1. I set my system to display with 800x480 at 60Hz ,and the display OK.

      2. when I display a Video on the system using directshow technology.  If the display window is smaller than the video resolution,say the video file is 720x480 25fps,and the display window is 512x384 ,then it display normal . But when the display window is larger than the video resolution. say, the display window is 800x480, then it dithers.

     I refered to the display driver,and it appeared that the display driver calls the ISP Resizer driver ,and the ISP resizer just support downscale? if we should use the upscaler character, How can I do?
