This is regarding TMDXEVM3358 Board(AM335x Evaluation Module):

Kindly reply below queries.

Which Linux flavor/version is coming with the board? Also interested in knowing the android version ?

Can we port other Operating Systems on this Board?

Is there any additional requirements in terms of BSP while dealing with 3G, Wi-Fi facility on the board?

Kindly reply asap.

Please kindly check this link http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/sitara_arm174_microprocessors/f/791/t/189368.aspx for Linux/Android versions. This is actually the "Additional AM335X Resources" announcement at the top of this forum. In there you will find links to the Linux/Android pages.

For WiFi there is an EVM daughter card: http://www.ti.com/tool/tmdxwl1271com6m. I'm not aware of anything readily available for 3G,

As for other operating systems, it's possible, but with Linux you have the bonus of getting support and information from a huge community. From my point of view it's not worth the time and effort to port another OS, when you have one for free and ready to go.
