USB Protection IC

Hi,

The application in the car,If use the protection IC in the USB
Connector side (Vbus, D +, D-) working peak reverse voltage is 12V ,
have this kind of protection applications IC?thanks.

Would you please give more details of your application? What TI device are you using? Where are these 12V coming from? DO you have a schematic?

Hi Elias,

Thanks for you reply,will use Ti TMS320DM8107.
The application in car, so the test item need use the 12V input to each power and signal pin to simulation wiring errors, so the need for such protection IC.
