dm368 linux Ethernet PHY question

hi,all 

      when start from u-boot,it can found the PHY,but when run in linux kernel,it prints :

eth0:no PHY found                          (affter emac_mii_rest() function)

IP-Config:FIALED to open eth0

 how can i solve this problem,can you give me some advice?
