DM814x no console output when attempting to boot from SD card

I am attempting to boot the demo application from the SD card. This had previously worked a few months ago, then the board was placed back into the box until today. The demo application does not boot, and I do not receive a TI-MIN# prompt in minicom. My settings are as follows:

SW1: 111010000000

SW2: 10

Minicom: 115.2k, 8n1 no flow control

I have tested my cables on other equipment and they are working. Is this board dead?

This is now fixed. Thank you for the response, but I checked SW1, and it was set correctly. The problem was SW6, labelled EVM 3V3, was in the wrong position.
