Problem about Nand Flash For DM6467T

Hello TI's experts

My device is DM6467T(Linux Kernel is 2.6.32), and Nand Flash is K9F1G08X0C-PCB0, and my filesystem is JFFS2. There are always warnings of "Empth flash at...." and "check_node_data(): wrong data CRC"

I set all paremeters for mkfs.jffs2, and These warnings are still appear.

The size of my filesystem for Linux is 32M, and the setting of mkfs.jffs2 as following:

mkfs.jffs2 -r /jffs2root -o jffs2.img -e 20000 -s 2048 --pad=0x2000000 -n

I've executed "flash_eraseall -j /dev/mtdX" through nfs enviornment before burning the filesystem.

the burning under u-boot as following :

nand write.jffs2 0xXXXXXXX 0xXXXXXX 0xXXXXX

all of codes about nand and mtd are not modified in my kernel.

I took a simple test : I modified a little data in a little file with VI, I found that it didn't change after re-power immediately. I found that it changed after re-power with some delay.

I want to know is there any error in the parameters for my filesystem ? What is the reason for my simple test ?
