C6748 USB VBUS leakage current when device is powered off

Hello,

I'd like to power off my C6748 device while connected to PC via USB cable.

Is there unignorable amount of leakage current from the USB0_VBUS pin to the inner circuits, when the device is powered off and 5V is applied to the pin?

If not, what sort of terminal structure blocks the inward leakage current?

Please see the attached link for the case you described. This is no internal structure that would block the leakage current. Therefore, we recommend customer use TSP22913C to shut down the 5V from the host.
