Logic PD Experimenter OMAP-L138 input audio problem

Hi;

I am using the Logic PD Experimenter with OMAP-L138 SOM, i built my code on the example of the training workshop Sol3_THREADS. McASP is connected to the codec AIC3106. iam using SYS/BIOS 6.32.05.54. the loopback audio was work good but when i tried to enter the audio to my speech algorithm the output was so bad just like when someone talking with a microphone so close to his mouth (my algorithm is tested before using  pcm file for the input speech and give excellent result).

can somebody tell me from his experiments what cause this problem? is it related to the gain of the codec ? ( i tried to modify the amplitude of the input speech many times but the output still bad)
