I'm helping a customer out with a DM8148 design. They are not using Linux in their product. However, they are using the Linux PSP as refernce code and using small snippets of code in their own application, specifically startup code. What are the licensing requirements for doing so? The specific question is below.
Do we have an EULA in place to cover reusing TI code in our product?
Basically we have reused register definitions for SPI, UART, SDIO/MMC and USB from TI ezSDK for DM814x part
