DDR3 transfer rate is described in SPRS691C as follows.
The DDR3 interface can operate at 800 Mega Transfers per Second (MTS), 1033 MTS, 1333 MTS, and 1600 MTS.
Is not "1066 MTS" supported?
Best regards,
Daisuke

Daisuke,
It looks like that's a typo. It should say 1066MTS.

Hi , I have a similar question in regards to C6655.. The data sheet here also lists three memory bus speeds.. In the C6655 the three speeds listed are ( 800, 1033 and 1333 MTS).. I just want to confirm that the max DDR bus speed is simply determined by the speed grade of the DDR3 part on the PCB and is not related to the speed grade of the C6655 ( 850/1000/1200 MHz) or the core clock operating frequency.. Thx !
DDR3 speed is not limited by or associated to the speedgrade of the devices.

Chad
