AM/DM37x MAC address

I assume you mean the EMAC when you say CPU. If so, yes, each device has a unique MAC address assigned by TI.

My apologies...I was referring to the AM335 series of devices.

The AM/DM37x devices you inquired about do not have the Ethernet (EMAC) subsystems, or an associated MAC address.
