am335x with giga-switch on u-boot

Hi,

I use a giga-switch to connect the am3352 by RGMII mode.

I use u-boot-2011.09-psp04.06.00.08, after under the u-boot I use mii command to init the switch.

But I cannot ping to PC side.

When I use "boot" command, and under the linux, the ping command can work.

So the switch is working, under u-boot.

My question is how to configure the am335x to RGMII mode, for giga-switch under u-boot??

Which GigPHY are you using?

It sounds like the PHY is not being set up correctly in uBoot...which may be a case of it not being naively supported by the OS.

We use AR8328N switch, the settings at non-TI platform u-boot is ok.

And we set the switch at u-boot, not linux. It can work under linux.

So the switch should be correctly.
