Cropping problem with OMX_H264 decoder

I am trying to encode data by ffmpeg  h264  encoder plugin and sending the same over the network.

At the client side I am using omx_h264 decoder to decode the stream .

I am able to decode but the decoder is doing decoding by adding extra 128 bytes.As a result my output is getting cropped i.e. the last row and last column are not there in the output.While using the ffmpeg decoder I am getting the proper output.

Can anyone help me in this?
