Ethernet software examples for OMAP-L137 without DSP/BIOS

You can use the ARM9 and run ethernet on Linux, but you will still need DSP/BIOS running in the DSP. Other then Linux and BIOS, we do not have another option for ethernet on OMAP-L137.

I found a package of NDK 2.0 for OMAP-L137, it is dedicated to CCSv3.3. Is there a newer package CCSv4 or CCSv5 for OMAP-L137 processor?

I've never used the embedded Linux. Where can I find examples and information on: Linux and Ethernet on OMAP ARM??

No, that is the only available NDK. There is an option in CCsv5 to import/convert a project from CCS3, you could try that.
