evm8148 VS Daughter Card

hi all

now i have evm8148 + IO DC ( MISTRAL) and evm8168 + VS DC (SPECTRUM)

Does evm8148 work with VS Daughter Card belonging to EVM8168

Or

where can i purchase VS Daughter Card  matched to evm8148

    No, the daugther cards are different for EVM8148 and EVM8168. Also I'm not sure the daugther board is sold separately, at least this is what Mistral say on theit web site about TMDXEVM8148. Maybe you should check where you got your EVM8148 baseboard from, and ask them.

    Best of luck to you.  We spent several months trying to track one of these down through distributor FAEs and our local TI Field Sales Office for use in proof-of-concept testing.

    Answer that came back:  "VSDC is only available to customers already on the list (?!) or who have strategic importance (very high volume)."

    YMMV.
