DM3730 can not reset from sd card

Hi,all

    platform:DM3730

   OS: WINCE 6.0

   A8 bsp 010100

  power manager: TPS65930

   My custom board can boot from sd card,  but It can not reset from sd card. what is the reason?  hardward or software?
