Camera Sugestions for DM816x EVM

Hi,

I am working at 3D motion tracking of Artemia salina (5mm x 5mm size of a tiny animal) for my graduate project. I have just got my DM816x EVM with Daughter Card. I need two same cameras for stereo vision as you know. I'm planing to do this with 720p@30 fps. I am very new to DM816x and i could not decide type of cameras. Is it possible to give any suggestion about selecting cameras?

On the other hand, i could not find a "Technical Reference" document (not Schematics) like this for Daughter card. Can i find any?
