NAND(eMMC) can not be loaded after cold reset

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DM3730, TPS65930

Hi,all

   processor: DM3730
   os:wince 6.0
   bsp version:BSP_A8_01_01_00
   iNAND:SANDISK(SDIN5C2-16G)
   power Management:TPS65930

   I provide my custom board with three MMC/SD/SDIO controller:  MMC/SD/SDIO1, MMC/SD/SDIO12, MMC/SD/SDIO3.
I use MMC/SD/SDIO1 to control SD card, use MMC/SD/SDIO2 for Wifi, use MMC/SD/SDIO3 to achieve eMMC(iNand).
The iNAND work normal after systerm  power on(i.e. DM3730  power on). Afer I striked the RSET KEY (i.e. I coldreseted the board),  the SYSTERM can boot normally,
but the iNAND can not be found(i.e. these is no iNAND in wince explorer).

As details, see the "schematic .pdf" and  "emmc driver".

I am not sure  which aspects  the  reason  relate to,hardware or softerware?  who can give me a hint?

   Thanks
