DM814x codec limits : max encode bit rate and 12 Mpel support

Hi Team,

Can DM814x support max encode bit rate of 36 Mbps? If not what ?

Also can it support 12 Mpel  capture?

In general, question will apply to Dm816x and DM810x as well I suppose.
