OMAP3503 USB issue

Hi Team,

Customer has an issue with plug and unplug of USB device. Can you please help here if this is a known issue and any options to root cause and resolve this?

issue:

When ever there is a frequent plug in & plug out of USB serial devices such as (USB data card, printers) then it leads to USB reset with kernel message "error -110". Let us know what informations such as USB hardware, kernel you require to debug this, we can provide you as and when required. We are using 2.6.27 kernel and a customized flavour of Ubuntu 9.10 filesystem. Kindly analysis this and provide us solution.
