Run syslink frameQ sample with V4L2 FW on DM8148 EVM

Hi,

I want to use the syslink frameQ sample as the basis for the following:

Capture incoming video frame on component interface (ARM, gstreamer, V4L2) >> Stabilise image (DSP) >> Send frame out over UDP (ARM) 

Is it possible to run the frameQ sample without having to stop the V4L2 FW?
