Hello All,

I wanted how to start with configuring the DDR3 memory where do i find the configuration registers for the DDR3 memory. I checked the data sheet and found only the address of the registers.

    I don't know background of your question but have you refer the following manual?

    If you are evaluating EVM (or evaluation board), the GEL file which in the attached CD-ROM (or DVD) will be also helpful to understand DDR3 configuration.

    Hi Denzil,

    if you have a look at your CCS installation in directory:

    C:\ti\ccsv5\ccs_base\emulation\boards\evmc6670l\gel

    you'll find a GEL-File that configures DDR3:

    evmc6670l.gel

    This GEL-File is used to configure the DDR on the C6670 EVM.

    This will also help you getting started ...
