TMS320C6657 boot from SPI Nor Flash

I have been developing code on the 6657EVM board and have just received our custom 6657 board which is designed to boot from a SPI Flash on CS0.  I am looking for help to do the following:

1)Create a SPI bootable image of my application code

2) Program the SPI Flash

3) How do I boot both cores?

Can anyone give a procedure for these?
