how can I get and install EZSDK for AM387x

I followed the instalation and setup of Ubantu 10.04 based on this document:

but I could not mount sd card and hence I need to install it in some other way ( for example downloading to VM and the setup it from the installed files. Is there any documentation on how to do this?

Where can I find more information on why I am not able to access SD card from Linux?

Thanks. I did all of these tricks and also checked Virtual Box forum without any success. When I try to attached my SD card, it says that the device is busy with other request and hence I cannot attached it to Vbox.
