When I load the kernel it get stuck here
Waiting for root device /dev/mmcblk0p2
but when I put a different kernel it goes through, and I can log in the filesystem, any ideas what should i look for?

You can examine Linux command line on root device location. Usually you can see it in console output, after loading you can found it in /proc/cmdline or you can examine your Linux configuration - file .config in Linux sources or /proc/config.gz after booting, if it suppoting enable.
thanks that was the first think I did look , but the problem is not in the confutation file it seem to be the machine file,
you can see in the attachment they are 2 different files and I will like to know what could stop the kernel from loading.

This is files describe hardware configuration and not containe answer on your question. I think you should compare Linux configuration file .config from Linux sources.

Hi Pau, yes it was a Kernel configuration problem, but I had moved away from TI product, not much support on their chips and they are expensive compare to the others in the market,
