Using internal ROM of OMAP4460/4430 processor?

Hi, i would like to know if the processor  OMAP4460 or  OMAP4430  has an internal ROM that could be accessed to save some data like an .apk to run on Android (from that internal ROM), or if this could be possible in Pandaboard (save data in some nand or ROM on the board, more specifically an .apk, and than run it in Android from that memory), please help, thanks in advanced.

Best Regards.

  • Michelle,

Pandaboard does not have eMMC or NAND flash, so you would need to use the SD card to store the filesystem and Android applications.  Our Blaze and Blaze Tablet reference platforms do have eMMC, and this is what most production OMAP44xx boards use.
