Where to download AM335x Clock Tree Tool?

Hi, I'm looking for the AM335x Clock Tree Tool.

It is nicely documented here: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/AM335x_Clock_Tree_Tool
However, there is no way to actually get it!

Some searching through the web and through TI's search tools produces links a plenty to the OMAP3XXX or OMAP4XXXX clock tree tools, but I don't need those right now.  As clock trees are radically different between processors, even though there are some major similarities to those processors and the AM335x series, I'm specifically looking for the AM335x clock tree tool.
