When you check the IPNC S/W package 3.2 verson, dm385 ipnc doesn't support 1080p@ 60 fps.

As I know, dm385 performance can encode 1080p 60fps with multi stream.

Also IPNC GUI can set to 60 fps encoding, but I think it does not implement properly. 

That's why I asking about the frame rate.

my opnion:

The 12 bits RGB2RGB matrix in ISP5, couldn't surpport really WDR sensor more than 60db.
