DM8148: does VOUT0 support 1080x1920@60Hz (reverse full hd mode)?

Dear All,

by looking inside both DM8148 datasheet and TRM I cannot find if reverse full hd resolution (1080 columns by 1920 lines @60Hz) is supported or not by VOUT0/DVO2.

IIUC TRM and datasheet only says it supports up to 1080p60 and that the maximum clock frequency is 165MHz.

Can we support 1920 lines or it's limited to 1080 only?

What about VOUT1 or HDMI?

Hi,

Vout may support 1920 lines but intermediate modules cannot support 1920 lines, limit also comes from intermediate modules limitations.

Thanks for your quick answer Brijesh.

Now I'll look for intermediate module limits too. IIUC most of modules are limited in bandwidth (Mpixels per seconds) only and not on vertical or horizontal resolution.

However I've found that VOUT0 encoder is limited to 1080P format rate (so ~148MHz x 30 bit)
