adjust the start pixel and start line in IPNC RDK 3.0

I am using IPNC RDK 3.0 and DM8147. ISS capture mode is 16bit YUV descrete syncs. And there're black area in right side of the picture. I can't find where to adjust the start pixel and start line in ISS M3 code. Please help! Thank you all.
