srio pll can not lock

dear all

when I run the srio in loopback mode. the pll of srio can not lock the clock. the reference clock for SRIO is 156.25MHz, and the reference clock looks like pretty good. this is my project, Does everyone know why? any advice will be nice, thanks

    How about a little more information about your project? What are trying to do? How do you know that the PLL of SRIO does not lock.

     

    Which device are you using and which loopback code of which PDK are you working with? What part of the code have you modified?
