debug AM335x applications

Could someone help me with the following questions about debugging AM335x during development.

1. What is the typical environment for debugging application code on Am335x if we use TI’s Linux SDK? Code composer studio through Ethernet or USB?

2. What debug hardware interface should we put on our WiFi end product, Ethernet or USB?

Chun,

1. You can connect to code composer studio using the JTAG interface. JTAG can be connected to the PC using either Ethernet or USB.

2. You can create and interface for JTAG, if required and a serial port interface for your final hardware. You can have a miniature connector and an extension board which can be connected separately for debug.

The SDK labs and user's guide documents application debug using Ethernet and u-boot and kernel debug using the JTAG.
