C6657 EVM boot from SPI with DDR configured

Hi,

  I am trying to understand how to create a boot file using the c6657 client example which has variables being allocated in the DDR.  I know that I have to have the DDR configured in the boot file but I can't find any examples of how to accomplish this.  Any examples would be so helpful as I can't find anything.
