Hi Mr,

Now we use AM3352 (ZCE package) in our design. Its pin pitch is only 0.65mm, even can't put in the normal size via between these pad.  That's difficult to fan out the net trace. And the decoupling cap on the bottom side need to share via due to the limit space.  Do you have any good suggestion about that?
