How to add custom capture decoder

Hi all,

I have a DM8168 board with custom capture decoder (not TVP series).

So I want to add support for it in ezsdk 5.05.01.14.

Then I want to use it through omx vfcc rather than v4l2.

Then I want to use it through gstreamer wrapper.

But I don’t know how to add custom decoder in this case. Could anyone help?

Hi,

It needs modification in VFCC code, and currently not configurable. Only V4L2 can be used without changing the code, so It is not possible without source code modification.
