When we get a stream in VLC with 480*704, h264 from our card with DM6446, TI decoder, 480*704, h264, Gop:30, Bitrate:2000000, sometime we see beyond objects that move in speed > 10 km/h (like cars) a trail that contain parts of previous frames.
