Kaiqi,

This is in the on the product page --> TMS320C6474 and in the Data Manual. It's SGMII v1.8 compliant PHY.

Thanks for your answer, are there 32 PHYs in total on C6474 and could you give me the exact type of PHY chip?

The exact type of PHY is SGMII. It's a single SGMII PHY interface. This is well documented.
