The AM335x memory map is described in section 2 of the TRM. I assume this is not for what you are looking though, so could you please clarify what you want?

Hello Daisuke,

Are you looking for what address range the external memories sit?

The DDR sits on CS0 at 0x80000000 - 0x0x8FFFFFFF.
NAND Flash is 256MB sitting on CS0 at 0x0 - 0x0FFFFFFF.
NOR Flash is SPI-based, accessed through SPI1.

Daisuke,

I looked at the HW User Guide wiki page to find out memory sizes, the schematic to check for chip selects and the TRM for address ranges.
