I use the http://omappedia.org/wiki/4AI.1.4_OMAP4_Icecream_Sandwich_Panda_Notes for my 4460 pandaboard.

and use https://www.gitorious.org/omap4-v4l2-camera/pages/Home for omap4iss

but found that it needed media-controller framework...

how can i change the adv7180 to media-controller framework ?

the adv7180 is the Video Decoder

but it has not media-controller framework which omap4iss is needed (media_entity_init).....

I understand now. You need to first make sure that video decoder can output in MIPI CSI2 compliant format. Most video decoders output is 8/16 bit parallel and you will need a serializer chip like Toshiba TC358746 . Once this is done you will need to write a sensor driver. OV5650 and OV5640 are given as reference. You can follow this code to create your sensor driver.
