Hi,
I am trying to write and read the nand flash(nand512w3a2) on the C6678evm board. According to the flash's datasheet, it seems that the emif16 interface of the C6678 should be configured as "WE strobe" mode, but the nand flash on the evm board is connected to the CE0 pin which doesn't support "WE strobe mode". Can anyone tell me how should I configure the EMIF16 registers to use the nandflash?
It would be better if anyone can provide me with a specificc settings for the AWCCR/A1CR/NANDFCR registers.
Also, do I have to use the ECC mode in order to write/read the NAND flash?
