TMDSSK3358 design files in Orcad 16.2

The schematic design files for the TMDSSK3358 are here http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/AM335x_StarterKit_Board_Design_Files

They are in Orcad 16.5 format, but Altium Designer can only import them if they are in Orcad 16.2 or earlier. Can anybody open these in Orcad 16.5 and save them in 16.2?

Also the  Allegro .brd file is in the same place, but Altium can only import .alg files.  Can someone save the file as an .alg?
