Hi dears:

I have use SAMSUNG K9K8G08 flash with am1808 soc. It boots up well and could saveenv in uboot. but it has problem when I mount it to read or write .

I thought it must be something wrong with nand flash timing config.

how can i config with "struct davinci_aemif_timing da850_evm_nandflash_timing" ?

here is the SAMSUNG K9K8G08 AC Timing Characteristics

how can i get the value of

.wstrobe = ?,
.whold = ?,
.rsetup = ?,
.rstrobe = ?,

Jio,

If you suspect the timing as the reason for failure, I suggest you to set maximum values for all the parameters. It should work without any errors, other than being little slow.

If this works, then you can suspect your current timings and try to increase each parameters one by one, which will be an easier method.

If it fails, then please attach the complete logs including the steps followed for flashing the filesystem image to NAND.

You can use the NAND register calculation spreadsheet provided here useful to calculate the timing values
