Are AM3354 and AM3359 Completely compatible?

Dear Sir,

I used to use AM3359 in my product. Now I want to change it to AM3354.

Is there any diffrence between them except Pin/Package? Then, why AM3359 is much more dear?

You will find a table with all the processors in the family and differences between them. AM3359 is more expensive, because of the PRU-ICSS subsystem, which is not present in AM3354. Please note that AM3354 and AM3359 are absolutely pin-compatible. Both of them can be bought in two package versions - ZCE and ZCZ.

We need to confirm these two parts AM3354 and AM3359 are drop in parts without any HW and SW changes. Is there any migration guide or document available.

Yes, they are completely pin-to-pin compatible. As to software, the AM3359 is a superset of AM3354. If your software runs on AM3354 it will run on AM3359 too. The reverse isn't 100% true, as AM3354 doesn't have the PRU-ICSS. Here is a link to a comparison table: http://www.ti.com/product/am3359#parametric.
