TMS320DM6437 EVM problem with memory.

Hi All,

I have old DaVinchi EVM board - TMS320DM6437 EVM. Till recent time I had no problem with this board, but couple months ago I got strange problem. The EVM started to show: in each 1-st byte third bit 1 and in each 2-d byte fourth bit 1 all the time. For example if I want to write value 0x00 00 00 00 at address 0x80000000 then I will see value 0x04 80 00 00. Same for address 0x80000004 and so on for whole memory 0x08000000 address range. For me it looks like first bank of memory has hardware problems but probably this could be fixed somehow. Can anyone help me with that?
