on c6713 creating, playing sound of particular frequencies pattern, then receiving sound of particular frequencies and finally calculate the time difference in sending and receiving in microsecond.

Hi,

I have a c6713 dsp kit. my project is to creating and playing sound of some particular frequency pattern and it should note down the time when it plays the same sound then it should look for recieving sound of some particular frequency pattern. when it receives it should note down the time and then calculate the time difference in playing and then receiving sound  in microsecond. please help me how to write code for same. i have written code in matlab for creating sound of particular frequences and finding the frequency of given sound wave. now i want it to be real time. and calculate the time difference in playing and receiving sound in microsecond.

    Gaurav,

    Can you generate DSP code directly from MatLab? I thought they would have full support for all the common EVMs, but I have not used MatLab so I cannot say that for sure. This does seem like a reasonable way to do this, though.
