i use TDU to detect dial tone(450Hz), does anyone know where is the example code ? thanks!

Thanks! i read tdusim.c, and i can detect DTMF tone now, but i can't find relating code to detect dial tone(450Hz), can you point out which test case can do this ?

There is no test case for CPT tone. You need to look at the API user guide to configure the tduCptCfgCtl_t and enable tdu_CTL_CPT_ON, and try.
