DM814x Nand ECC support and utility

Dear DM champs,

Some queries:

Can you please clarify on DM814x support for 4 or 8 bit ECC support / Apps notes / Ref code whatever can be shared?
Can GPMC be used for this as it has ELM module
Also do we support large page nand flash ?
ONFI support I am sure is present. Correct?
How do you recommend the mass production flashing on nand devices of DM81xx? Is there an PC based utility ? Which is the best to go?

1. DM814x support 1-bit hamming code as well as 4/8/16-bit BCH ECC support. Details are given in the DM814x TRM.

I will let the customer clarify on any further queries. so 1-4-8 ECC are supported by the chip.

Feroz,

It can even support 16-bit BCH. If you need MLC NAND support, this might be useful. The current kernel driver doesn't support BCH-16 though.
