omap3530 uart can't rx

I run u-boot(config base on beagle board) on a board base on omap3530. It get output on uart3, but can't receive anything. Does anybody can help me?

Hi Victor,

I suspect your issue could be due to a hardware problem. I advise you to connect two oscilloscope probe one on uart rx and one on uart tx. The you could observe bits transmission in both destination. This test will determinate whether the problem is hardware or not.

Victor,

Check the hardware connections. Check for the serial port settings in hyperterminal/teraterm/minicom and using 8n1 settings with hardware flow control disabled.
